2. License Purchases

All license purchases are subject to availability. Licenses are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

2.1 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted within the guarantee period.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse or abuse our services
• Not resell licenses without authorization

4. License Usage

Licenses are intended for use on servers owned or managed by you. Sharing or distributing licenses to third parties is prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate licenses used in violation of these terms.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are in INR. We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and Cryptocurrency. Payments are processed securely. Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

CosMo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in Bangalore courts.
